Wandering

I’ve always wandered — across cities, coastlines, and continents. Travel has been part of my life for as long as I remember. What continues to surprise me is how naturally wandering has become the way I write: noticing, pausing, listening, letting place and time shift something inside me.

Different landscapes help me return to the page with new eyes — beaches, mountains, bush tracks, quiet streets far from home, a café with a piccolo beside me.

Wherever I go, I take my iPad. Wandering slows me down and opens the quiet where stories begin.

These are the places where wandering and writing meet — the rooms, retreats and long, solitary walks that bring me back to the page.
